The team main responsibility is focusing on setting the strategic direction and financial position of the company. Each member will hold a critical role(s) in the organization and fully assisted and supported by respective operation &amp; support team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operation &amp; Support Team<\/strong><br \/>\nThis group has no equity position in the company but they are the key assets necessary to propel the RSSB business forward. The team consists of individuals with a well-balanced mix of skills and experience.
